High-level delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Visits Prince Horology to Observe Swiss-style Watchmaking in Cambodia

@Prince Horology was delighted to receive the delegation from the @Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC), led by His Excellency Luy David, Secretary of State and Chair of the Secretariat of the National Committee for the preparation of ASEAN Summits and related meetings in 2022, His Excellency Prak Phalla, Advisor to Samdech Techno Prime Minister Hun Sen, and His Excellency San Chanrithy, Advisor and Director of Finance Department.

The delegation was received by Mr. Gabriel Tan, Chief Communications Officer of Prince Holding Group, while Mr. Maarten Pieters, a Swiss-trained instructor gave a comprehensive presentation about the school. During the tour of the school, the high-level officials also met with young, aspiring Cambodian students of the Swiss-style watchmaking.

“I am very happy to learn that Prince Horology has been established in 2019 in Cambodia, to provide Swiss-watchmaking vocational training. I’m particularly touched to know that the school is currently training 6 young talented Cambodian people who are diligent and aspire to graduate as pioneering Swiss watchmakers. This is a pride for Cambodia!” said H.E. Luy David, Secretary of State, MFAIC.

“With Cambodia holding the ASEAN chair this year, we look forward to more active involvement in ASEAN initiatives this year, including the upcoming ASEAN Summit in November to play our part in ensuring the international event brings pride to everyone in Cambodia, much as we are trying to achieve the same here through Prince Horology,” said Gabriel Tan, Chief Communications Officer of Prince Holding Group.
